INFO GRAPHICS//

here is an info graphic found on the Exile (or now Exiled Online).  it depicts the bloodshed in Iraq during the occupation.  It does not show the Iraqi casualties, but I guess it was created to show the foreign cost of the war.  it would be more effective to see an info graphic of the Iraqi casualties as well.

This is maybe why I need TV...

From Penn & Teller's "Bullshit."  I am totally gonna give my sister a gift certificate for the dolphin nursery, but for the shark side of the island.

Kaile don't try to cover it up any longer you are totally going to these dolphin classes instead of going to work.  I know you are trying to find your inner dolphin.

DOLPHINS

I wish I was Alison Goldfrapp...

The best Ice Cream I've ever had in my life.

It is Ashby’s Sterling Ice Cream, which sadly I do not think there

mmm oxygennn

kate beaton's cartoons are pretty funny/retarded/funny... so speaking of retarded, I think that we should illustrate some of our daily conversations.

do you remember what I said the giant, morphing, ceiling fan in my dream was like?

also, we should probably have weekly storyboard installments of our grand-master-billionare-movie-plan a.k.a. muppet bomb

i mean it this time.

is there "paint" for macs?

p.s. I see that we have a tag for whimsy, reminds me of last semester when my teacher tried to convince me that my personality was whimsical... ummmm....

p.p.s. I think you went to the Hunter S. Thompson movie without me right now. I will most likely go see it tomorrow. We are truly the 2 coolest kids in town going to movies by ourselves. and this will be my 2nd in 4 days!

Don't be surprised if it turns into this...

http://view.break.com/528932 - Watch more free videos

...the kitteh version of the down-n-out homeless dude that hangs out in the little side park in Union Square, talking shit with birds and god, inside his head.  i mean if we got one cat to piss his way out of our apartment, i can imagine another less agressive cat taking to booze and sitting solemnly on the edges of beds, waiting for it all to end.

side note:  there is a homeless man that rides the L and possibly the 6, but everytime he gives his schpeal he winks at me, and its gotten to a point where he knows me and says things like "hi cutie."  i am just mulling over the fact that the only man interested in me right now is probably shoeless on the L train, yelling at people for not buying his newspapers.  that's right, my boyfriend, the homeless guy.

Don't be surprised if someday I come home with a kitteh like this

I thought I already posted this...

July 4th, I will buy the ticket and take the ride, just to remind myself how lame I am in comparison.

Halston

The Steven Kasher Gallery, on 521 West 23rd St, is having a show of Bob Colacello's photography from his Interview column "Out."  The photos are a collection of the New York/beyond social nightlife inn the 70s and 80s.  Colacello was an editor at Interview and was constantly taking photographs of the beautiful and famous.  The show goes from June 12 to July 19th.  There are some really cool shows at this gallery, including a collection of photographs documenting the Black Panthers in the 70s, so you know I will be there, even though I am sad I missed their show on "True Norwegian Black Metal."  Boo.
